I'm an RN with fibro and I would say start with nerve conduction test.i do have carpal tunnel in both wrist and the wrist guards did work for me. Still weak in my wrist and do tend to drip glasses etc. but don't want surgery. Fibro doesn't help it. But do what you got to do to take care of you.

I have pins and needles numbness in my hands fingers feet toes have had nerve tests done all they found was I have mild carpel tunnel syndrome in my left hand that's it.Well I've just had an mri scan done on my right wrist and I've had to fight with my Dr for it an xray has shown nothing so hopefully this will my little finger is completely numb and the other three have loss of sensation and my thumb is in constant pain my wrist is cracking and I can move the ulner bone (one of the arm bones) with my other hand in and out of position so what's that about .can't lift anything with it too unstable

It's a nerve conducter test and i had one on my legs feet and back and it's very painful. You are basically stuck with needles all over and the back part is the worst. I had numbness in my foot which the test detected caused by pinched nerve in back. A nerve conducter test is pretty accurate. Usually you have a MRI after that once they find where the problem is.

What test are you getting?
And what tests have you had done? Have you had a nerve conduction test done? I have similar issues, with no real answer.

I have my C3 degentative disc disease, my C5,C6 is herniated. My neck has limited rotation. My muscles have knots, and I also have tendonitis in my bicep and osteo in my shoulder. I get injections. The muscles that go into the rotator cuff has arthritis/ so my right side kills me. I'm contemplating surgery.
