I get the same thing too and pretty frequently, I tend to get numbness and pins and needles in my hands, legs, and feet. My hands are the most frequent the only way to describe it is like carpal tunnel in the last 2 fingers and the hand, usually moving it or dropping my arm fixes it for a while but it's really nasty.

I used to get pins and needles everyday in my hands.But it is not so bad now.The rheumatologist said I needed an M.R.I but I haven't had one yet.
Pleased my hands are not so painful now.

So a mixture of answers, i get mine in my hands and feet alot in my hands when im on my phone but not all the time at night mainly in my left hand i got to shake my hand.put my hand on my fella warm body and sometimes i find myself bitting on my fingers but not hard. I get them in my feet at night when i go for a number 2. My fella sits ages on the loo playing games on his phone longer than me i asked him if he eva gets pins and needles in ur feet he said he never gets them

Get it most days, can vary how or when, sometimes I am led down or sat up or stood. Hate answering the phone, that's when it is worse, have to keep changing hands.

I get them in my hands and feet usually after activity when resting.
