I get them in my feet after sitting for long periods, Dr say it's just because of blood flow but it's to a point where that also becomes painful, lots of hugs and I hope you have a good day x
What you are experiencing is the nerve endings are firing all the time. It is the way that the body is having trouble understanding the input for it knows that something is wrong. It shows up with the tingling, pins and needles sometimes for the receptors are over stimulated as well as overwhelmed.
Sometimes taking a muscle relaxers can help but it will not completely stop it. Hope you find the correct thing that works for you in this matter.
I was diagnosed 25yr ago all 18 pressure points that when they told you were crazy.
Pins and needles and tingling is all part of the picture. I can only garden a short time and that describes me. Hot bath helps sometimes - I have just learned to continue on - but not over-do.
I have not found anything to make it go away but my accupuncture mat helps when I have time to lay down on it. Otherwise I try to take a nap when it gets so bad if I can sleep through it.
