Can't Remember If I've Asked This One. Does Anyone Else Suffer From Raynauds Syndrome??
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I've been getting this for the past 5-6 years, it's painful & my old doctor offered not help at all. I've not presented to me my new doctor with this yet but I will be as it's happening a lot.

With fibromyalgia it is usually a secondary condition to something else, usually if you have fibro you end up with a duel diagnosis. I explain it best in my blog at myword.live I wrote an article about fibromyalgia after much research

Dear Wayne Frost:I too suffer from raynauds:it also another lovely issue that goes right along with the fibro:( it's worse in the colder months I once thought I had perminant frostbite !my hands are usually cold as are my feet!they turn kinda white then blue and then purple and back to red.its very painful. They also tingle a lot .i also have a job where I am in and out of a sub -zero freezer all day!so yes brother I feel your pain!doctors1&2suggested I get a different job!easy for them to say! No easy answers for this except keep them warm, moisturize.

I do. My hands and feet lose all circulation and turn so white it seems like you can look through them. It is such an awful thing. It hurts very bad when circulation comes back. My doctor knows i have it but said there was nothing that could be done about it. The only thing she offered was to keep my hands and feet as warm as possible.😟
