Does anybody get nauseated really bad ? I have been all day but starting to feel better!

Yes I usually get extremely nauseated right before a bad flareup.

Yes I do. Some days worse than others.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I agree with the having no pattern. Never really figure out what causes it if anything or everything. Who knows.

Yes I do. Especially if I've overdone it. Sometimes before a migraine.

I agree, I become really nauseated and, a little light headed right before I go into a bad flare. It's one of the warning signs for me to slow down. I then try to rest, I use calming exercises, I take my meds for pain and for inflammation early..and there are times that it helps me to calm down a really bad flare..
