My feet and legs are alaways swelling up and not sure what else to do, i take water pills and i put my feet in cold water? what would u do?

When you are able to, keep your feet reclined as much as you can. It's about 80` here this week and I'm already noticing my feet and hands starting to swell. Take care. xxx

I swear that soaking in a tub or even in a pot of hot water with Epsom Salts does help relieve the pain. I hope you'll be able to find something that helps. xxx

I have been using Absorbine jr extra strength for my leg pain with heating blanket.
