I have started getting sharp stabbing pains in my ankles. Seems there is always something new.

I definitely have this as well. My legs just ache( especially behind my knees). The odd thing is it is mainly my right leg and my left foot. How nuts is that! I don't really have the coldness though. My daughter has this severely in her feet and was diagnosed with raynaud's disease.

Yes. Keep them warm. Electric blanket, etc. ten years ago when I still had a desk job I kept a small electric oscillating heater under my desk. Without it I was so miserable!

Me too i think this was my first symptom, both legs but rt was worse, was treated for planter faschiatis fir a long time , 3diffetent docs and surgery in one foot and more pt , still there but not nearly as bad
