Is it ok to go to a massage therapist?

I'd go every week if I could afford to. Really helps if I can find a therapist who is knowlegable and strong enough to really work through the knots in my shoulders, arms and back. Helps if they use heat first. Have to remember to drink lots of fluids after to wash out the toxins released. Generally feel really tired too but I can handle that.

I tried to go but couldn't do it because i was sensitive and hurting to the touch. Try it by not going the full hour at first. Everyone has a different experience.

I cannot do massages! It puts me in excruiciating pain! Not even when I get my pedicures. But I do love the hot towels they put on my legs!
