Members offered practical solutions for managing severe dry mouth that over-the-counter products haven't adequately addressed, with many sharing that they rely on carrying water bottles constantly and keeping sugar-free hard candies on hand throughout the day. Several members recommended specific products including Biotene (or store-brand alternatives), ACT Dry Mouth line, sugar-free Brach's cinnamon candies, natural horehound herbal tea candies, and crunching on ice for relief. A recurring theme was that while these strategies provide some comfort, many members acknowledged that persistent dry mouth remains a difficult symptom to fully control, and the community responded with empathy and encouragement to keep trying different approaches.

I also use Biotin and I sucks on Natural Horehound Herbert Tea hard candies. There's only about 16 calories in one of them.
