On a good day I'm frantically thinking "ok, what did I eat, drink, not eat, not drink, do, not do that made me feel good today?!?! After 11 1/2 years I've found very few patterns and causes.
I actually just talked to my doctor about this the other day but I feel super good before a flare. She said that it is really common and that studies have suggested that the brain releases some kind of panic chemicals because it knows (before you do) that you're going to crash.
Maybe you feel really good after the flare because anything feels dramatically better? Not sure.
I have too, but rare. I spent all last weekend, 3 days in bed and then Tuesday I felt great!! Would love to have more of those good days. xxx
Just cherish the good days ๐
That is probably right Elise! I was feeling so horrible for the last 6 weeks that maybe the flare is over and I feel so drastically better!!??
