Members warmly encouraged someone considering cutting out dairy to improve fatigue and discomfort, with many sharing that eliminating dairy had helped their own symptoms significantly. Several members offered practical alternatives like lactose-free milk, almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, and goats milk, along with the suggestion to keep a food diary or journal to track symptoms and identify specific triggers. A recurring theme was that everyone's body is different, so what works for one person may not work for another, but trying an elimination diet and staying curious about your own patterns is a worthwhile and empowering step.

Hi Kimberley . Dairy products elimination can help greatly improve symptoms of fatique . There are many alternatives out there dairy free . For milk example you can get as well as rice milk , coconut milk , goats milk etc . Dairy and sugar intake are well known contributors to the Increace of fatique . IBS too . Indeed I agree also with last comment everyone has different intolerances however it is proven dairy potatoes mayo vinicar sugar are a no no for fatique . Even cofee . Is not easy to change lifestyle but slowly does it it's doable . I suggest keeping a diary . I have previously posted similar suggestions under different blogs on this issue .

Hope my input helps

Have a blessed day ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™

We drink lactofree milk in our house, and it's tasty, mixes well in tea and coffee, you can use it in cooking, and is good on it's own and with cereal.. I enjoy rice and almond milk, hubby doesn't, he enjoys goats milk - which I think is disgusting haha - which is why we stick with the lactofree lol. The cheese isn't too bad, but I don't really eat much cheese, I can live without it. I suppose, most of my dairy comes from chocolate - oops! We only use butter - this doesn't have any adverse affects on us and id more natural than margarines/butterlike spreads xx

๐Ÿ˜€great . Keeping a diary was what helped me find the cause of what was causing severity of the fatique . I had a food allergy test too privately some years back hence had an idea to keep diary to see and voila was the best thing I did . I suggest keeping a diary under your notes on your phone if y use it a lot you can update it.

best wishes
