No matter what I eat, I either feel sick or end up with diareah. Or end up with no appetite. Im not sure if it's my IBS Which used make me constantly conspatited. Or im becoming more intolerant to Food I'm already sensitive to gluten, wheat diary lactose but you just can't avoid everything its also very very stressful finding food or reading labels. I have struggled with IBS, since I was 3. I now took meat right out of my diet, except for fish, and I am on a gluten diet. I started this last Summer, and ever since then, I have been going like clock work.
This is the first time that I have been normal with my bowels. I also cut out a lot of junk that contains high sugar. Sugar can also cause a lot of problems with your organs. I only get natural sugar from my fruit.
It was hard at first to put myself on a strict diet, but now it comes naturally. I hope this helped you.
I had the same thing a while ago, it's awful and worrying isn't it ?? It's definetly worth going to your doctor to make sure it is your ibs playing up. Mine was ibs and as a result my doctor recommend the fodmap diet which if you look on the Internet it explains all about it, I was also told by my gastroenterologist to take peppermint capsules. I hope this helps , I hope you start feeling a bit better soon.
Hi AmiiMayy
I perfectly understand what you going through because I'm having the same problem. I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist in Feb 17 because I can anymore with this problem. If I'm not contipated I'm with diarrhea or stomach ache and nausea. Sometimes I don't even what to eat because I'm afraid of getting sick after.
OMG,
I'm having the same problem. Almost everything that eat, I get either upset stomach or I get bloating. I get nausea or migraine, Diarrhea, I hardly don't eat
Have you checked out Fodmap.
It gives you a list of what you can and can't eat.
Try cutting stuff out and then add it back after a few weeks. If you have a problem with that food you will know. My daughter is going through the same. It's awful.
