Does anybody take boron? If so, does it help with the arthritis type pain?
I have been reading a lot of good reviews on it.

Members discussed whether boron supplementation helps with arthritis pain, with most initially unfamiliar with it but curious to learn more. One member shared a particularly positive experience, reporting that their shoulder and arm pain completely ceased within three days of taking boron and that it reduced their inflammation and fatigue when combined with Moringa powder. A recurring theme was the strong emphasis on consulting doctors before trying boron, especially for women, since it can affect hormone levels including testosterone and estrogen, with several members planning to ask their rheumatologists or try it cautiously while monitoring results.

For women, anything that increases testerone levels really should be discussed with your doctors first. We are not meant to have increased testosterone levels, it can be very dangerous for us.

I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and I had elevated testosterone. It has caused me a lot of long term health problems and I have to be on medication & monitored for life. This is something my body did naturally.

Bringing something into your body that increases testosterone really needs to be discussed with your doctor first.

I just read what Dr.Axe had to say about it and it sounds promising in a lot of different areas where we suffer. I'd be eking to try it.

I am going to try it. read the reviews on web-MD for it. it raises the estrogen levels in a women's body. some of the reviews make it sound promising. seeing how I had a hysterectomy at 48 and can't take hormone replacement pills as I had a clot in thinking maybe a little estrogen might help. I'll run it by my doctor today. although I don't know if I value his brain anymore.
