For women, anything that increases testerone levels really should be discussed with your doctors first. We are not meant to have increased testosterone levels, it can be very dangerous for us.
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and I had elevated testosterone. It has caused me a lot of long term health problems and I have to be on medication & monitored for life. This is something my body did naturally.

It strngthens muscles and bones , raises your tosterone level, and they use it to treat osteoarthritis.
I just read what Dr.Axe had to say about it and it sounds promising in a lot of different areas where we suffer. I'd be eking to try it.
Hi Amzel,
I'm very glad for you , You think if I try is going to help me at least with one of my problems Sjögren syndrome, arthritis , fibromyalgia, grave desesse and my blood count is very low, I got 4 bone marrow biopsy and the last one (I hope) is going to be the 13 of this month and looking for help and suggestion. Thank you
I am going to try it. read the reviews on web-MD for it. it raises the estrogen levels in a women's body. some of the reviews make it sound promising. seeing how I had a hysterectomy at 48 and can't take hormone replacement pills as I had a clot in thinking maybe a little estrogen might help. I'll run it by my doctor today. although I don't know if I value his brain anymore.
