I was watching an youtube video on how a bunch of autoimmune disease are caused by viruses. I also believe that can be the case with me since i have EBV. Anyhow, I am buying some moranga powder to see if it helps with my fibro and wanted to see if anyone else has tried it and how they felt after taking it? Its a plant from Nepal with tons of vitamins and amino acids that has been implied to cure HIV, Cancer, etc... So I am going to try it and see how it goes.

@Rainbox, the only thing that seems to help me is alpha lipioc acid (600 mg) daily, Omega 3 and Vitamin D, Juicing with cucumber, apple, spinach, and celery everyday. I also take this oxygen drop called Cellfood which has literally brought me back from the dead. It seemed to take a month to really feel 80% better. I also cut out most white sugar, gluten, and dairy. The white sugar is what I think really did me over. I will def keep you posted... My shipment arrives today.

Hi, I wanted to let you know I'm seeing improvements with moringa. The first few days I noticed my energy increased and it lasted throughout the day. I also noticed my inflammation is lower. I'm basing that off the way my skin looks (psoriasis) and joint pain. I'm going to stick with it. I have very little patience and tend to give up things if they don't work right away. I have learned that the natural way to healing does take longer but can work! I bought a bag on amazon ($15) and you only take like 1/2 tsp in the morning, so this bag will last me forever.
I'm also taking boron since I have read it helps with psoriasis, arthritis, and fibro. I'll post about that one later if I feel it helps me.
Hugs to my fibro friends!
