But if you look on eBay or Amazon you can get gel pads one for bed pad and pillows also you can get something called Kylie sheets which you can wash and will save your bedding etc my o.t suggested them. Hope it helps x
Yep i wake up with the bed, duvet etc my pjs etc soaking its horrible. Hate it embrassing etc
Yes, I sure do! Usually I wake up during the night, 1) having to pee & being sweaty & damp enough from myself's sweat that I havta change into new PJ's.. I know it's not from my 'female hormones' cuz I'm 57 & already went thru menopause ~10 years ago.
Sometimes, I wonder if it's from one (or more) of my meds!.. I don't know how to pin it down to just 1 or 2 outta the whole handful of meds I take at least 2 times/day. And yes, it happens during my 'awake hours' too..
I want to wish you Good Luck in finding the reason for your sweats.. Honest, I do!

I brought a hand fan soon as it started I start using it and find it helps keep it on me in my handbag or beside the bed it's quick acting to start it cooling fibromyalgia can cause excessive Sweating And so can chronic pain
I have awful sweat issues day and night. It's horrible and embarrassing. I can't even get makeup on anymore due to sweating so much. I have to keep a fan on me and windows open in the winter time. It's crazy!!!!
