Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing night sweats as part of fibromyalgia, with many describing waking up completely drenched in sweat that soaks their hair, pajamas, and bedding, sometimes multiple times per night. Several members shared practical solutions that have helped, including temperature-regulating mattress and pillow covers from Target, using a hair dryer to dry soaked hair in the middle of the night, and recognizing that stress and anxiety can worsen symptoms. A recurring theme was the relief of realizing these symptoms are connected to fibromyalgia rather than menopause or medication side effects, with many members finding validation in discovering they are not alone in this frustrating and exhausting experience.

I used to but no longer. It was probably a phase of fibromyalgia and hopefully for you it will soon be gone.

I do, not every night, but some nights I have to get up and change pjs and get dry blankets. It seems worse when I'm having bad anxiety. I sweat out a weird smell too. I heard vitamin E helps with it but haven't had the money to try it yet. It's so gross and I smell like a dog lol. Changing sheets everyday sucks. I sometimes get up in the middle of the night and dry my soaked hair with the hair dryer. It drives me mad! I hardly sweat at night if I'm not super stressed or anxious about things like my house, making it to appointments or making it to important functions for my daughter. For me it goes with my stress and anxiety.

I have night sweats, morning sweats, afternoon sweats and always at the most inconvenient times! Mine isn't menopause either as I had a full hysterectomy 15 years ago.

I thought this was menopause. But my hysterectomy was almost 10years ago. My hair is soaked upon the morning

I do as well. Not every night but when I do I am soaking wet. I recently got a temperature regulating mattress and pillow cover from target and its helped a lot.
