It gets to the point at work where I just want to shout shut up! I find it really hard to concentrate and it stresses me out. If anyone has any coping mechanisms I would love to read about them, thanks π

I have a job in which I answer phones so it is sometimes difficult to tune the noise out but if I get overwhelmed I take a bathroom break or I do breathing exercises when I can't get away from the phone. I also make sure I have a quiet place for lunch away from all stimulation so that I am refreshed when I go back to work!
Well, i have asked to move to a quieter part of the office; tricky when you work in office with 70+ people! Will see how it goes and have been told if the noise is to much to remove myself to the tea room for 10 mins or so. Fingers crossed. Thank you all for your help / suggestions. π
