My skin was like that and I started buying Oatmeal body wash and Yardley Oatmeal soap. My skin doesn't itch anymore.

Try COCONUT OIL on your whole body while it is still damp from your bath or shower. Let it soak in before dressing. I like to put it on, then do my hair, brush my teeth etc while wearing a terry robe. By then it has worked its magic and I dress. A little goes a long way! You can always just towel off any excess. I haven't had any problems with the oil not washing your of my clothes or towels. I use coconut oil for so many things internally and externally.

I get very itchy upper feet and ankles (sometimes up onto the shins too) - yes it can drive me to scratch my skin away, but I have found 'Eurax' cream helps (as long as I can stop scratching long enough for it to take effect!) also, 'Lanacane' powder worked but I prefer the cream - both are available at chemists or most supermarkets 😀 Hope you find something that will work for you soon.

I know this is weird but I use vicks Vapo rub. The menthol stops the itch.
