I've been having problems with the soles of my feet it's on my heel and my arch. I get it nearly every day , They are very painful to walk on and often keep me awake at night due to the pain. Does anybody else get this ?? If so have you found anything that helps??

Members strongly encouraged someone experiencing severe heel and arch pain to see a doctor, with many identifying the symptoms as plantar fasciitis based on their own experiences with the condition. Several members shared practical strategies that helped them find relief, including night splints, steroid injections from a podiatrist, frozen water bottle massage, ankle alphabet exercises to release tendons, compression socks, foot soaks with Epsom salts, proper footwear with arch support, stretching before getting out of bed, and icing the affected areas. A recurring theme was the challenge of distinguishing fibromyalgia symptoms from other treatable conditions, with members expressing relief when the original poster confirmed a plantar fasciitis diagnosis and could finally pursue targeted treatment.

If it's pins & needles that ur feeling go see ur neurologist. That was my first sign that I had MS.

Yes I do as well. I wear compression socks, elevation, use the foot soaks with Epsom salt, sometimes if I wrap them in my heating pad it helps a bit too. My doctor is having me go to a podiatrist in a couple weeks because it could be plantar fasciitis or mortons neuroma. One of the hard things about fibromyalgia is when we have things happen we never know if it's yet another "symptom" or if there's something else wrong.

Glad you got an answer from your Dr. I know what it's like to have it in both feet and it's extremely painful, you have my sympathy. Hope you get it sorted soon.xxx

I got that for the first time last year while I was in Mexico and I could barely walk. Then it happened again this summer and I spoke to my doc and he said that sometimes it happens in people who have fibro. Advised me to wear better footwear and to massage my feet after walking.
