I took Lyrica could not stay on it to many side effects just could not wake up and yes I had head aches.
yes I have noticed my memory is not as sharp.
I have told my doctors time and time again @A MyFibroTeam Member that I function better on my Vicodin and Soma than I do on the Neurotin or Lyrica. That's the main reason I quit taking it. I was on 300 mgs three times a day and I was an idiot the whole time I took it. It didn't make me like a zombie, but when you've worked somewhere for like 5 years and had the same asst manager for at least one of those years and you pick up the phone to page him over the PA and CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME...it's time to quit taking it. It actually brought me to tears that night. Not only did it freak me out, but I typically remember EVERYTHING. I mean like 6 months after I transferred to another CVS (out of state) my old store would still call me and ask me where things were for the photo lab. I would say "the last time I saw it, it was ...." and 9 times out of 10 it was right where I said it was. I haven't worked for CVS for year and I can still tell you what aisle everything is on and usually which shelf and approximately where on the aisle.. So for me, to forget his name was one of the scariest things ever. Heck, I don't forget things like that even when I drink too much or whatever. So ya, I just suffer without it.
