Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing tingling and burning sensations in their fingers and toes, with most attributing these symptoms primarily to fibromyalgia rather than blood pressure issues, though several noted having both conditions simultaneously. Many members shared practical management strategies that have helped them, including medications like gabapentin, Lyrica, amitriptyline, and Low Dose Naltrexone, wearing braces at night for hand numbness, using thermal socks for cold extremities, and seeking evaluation for related conditions like Raynaud's phenomenon, cervical spine issues, or peripheral neuropathy. A recurring theme was the profound relief and validation members felt in discovering they were not alone in these frightening and often misunderstood symptoms, with many expressing deep gratitude for the community's shared experiences and collective wisdom.

Good morning. Please read my story to see my list of issues. I get numbness allover, so bad that it will wake me several times at night. My left hand and fingers go tingally and burn. I had a CT on my cervical collar, I have bone spurs in 3 vertebra, C 2,3 and 4. C3 is growing into my root nerve and causing a lot of the pain in my neck, shoulders, and the numbness in my hands. Yes it is both hands, I also have daily headaches, usually start around 11am. I get up at 6am. I am on a waiting list for surgery to fuse my neck, another list for cort shots in my hips my root nerve in my butt is also damaged and my butt and back of my legs also go numb. I have episodes like a head rush electric and runs slowly through my body
I have to hurry and lay down as I feel I am going to pass out, sometimes I drift off and sometimes I wake up hours later. I have fibro, high bp and more.

Thank you.I have found out this week that Raynauds is part of fibro and over had it for years. I also was told that I had high blood pressure because the pump they used to tighten my arm hurt me so much it made my blood pressure rise. I highly recommend thermal socks for Raynauds as it eases the pain x

Ok, before anyone freaks out, please, DON'T use Wikipedia for answering anything to do with our medical problems... I suggest WEB MD, Wiki is outdated and you can actually change the information that it contains. I just read the web md info on Raynauld, way more info than wiki. Please read all the info. From signs to making an appointment. Then go to more sites and compare the information. Way before you panic over what any one site says. Web MD and the Mayo Clinic are the best.
