Members connected over experiencing daily tingling and numbness in their feet upon waking, with many attributing it to nerve issues like neuropathy and carpal tunnel that fibromyalgia makes significantly worse. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped, including warm baths, microwaveable mittens, changing sleeping positions, yoga, and medications like Amitriptyline, though some noted the challenge of balancing symptom management with daily responsibilities. A recurring theme was how this nerve-related tingling affects multiple parts of the body and daily activities like sitting or using the bathroom, with members awaiting nerve conduction tests and offering gentle support to one another through the uncertainty.

I have it on a daily basis in my hands and feet. It's the nerves, Fibromyalgia effects every nerve in your body. I don't have carpal tunnel or anything else that would cause it. My doctors tell me it's the Fibromyalgia. Gentle hugs and healing prayers going your way.

The tingling happens to me several times a day! Just sitting down on the toilet makes it happen and it goes all the way up my legs. I fall most times getting off the toilet, so most times I end up trying to crawl away.I am having a nerve conduction test done the end of December to see what's going on. My Dr said it is nerves causing the tingling, they just don't know which ones yet!
