I took magnesium for my burning knee's, restless leg syndrome, muscle cramps, helps with insomnia, my anxieties, and constipation.
I have also used voltaren cream it helps a little also and I was told last night to try fish oil.
yep feels like I've been on a tread mill all day long. Really is a pain. my dr kept saying lupus then she said fibro, so really I have had no actual diagnosis. The rheumatologist says fibro also.
I use gabapentin and amitriptyline for that pain. It's nerve pain that causes that burning. Those medications are meant for that, the amitriptyline only helps with a low dose though, otherwise it becomes an antidepressant. Lyrica is supposed to help too, but it didn't work for me.
Epsom salt is magnesium
