We all know what and where fibro tender pressure points are...my question is do those tender points hurt anyone else all the time? I'm hurting in those spots when nothing is touching me.

Members overwhelmingly confirmed that fibromyalgia tender points hurt constantly, even without being touched, with many describing sharp, random pains that can make them yelp and an overall feeling of hurting everywhere all the time. Several members shared relatable moments of extreme sensitivity, like screaming when a small pet stepped on a tender spot or feeling intense pain from the lightest brush against elbows or knees. A recurring theme was that tender points can be unpredictable, with some staying constant while others move around the body, and that experiencing pain beyond the standard 18 diagnostic points, including unusual areas like around the eyes or sides of the feet, is completely normal.

Some of my tender spots. Are always there and some come and go and move around.

My dog stepped on my hip this morning when I was laying on my side in bed and I screamed from the pain! Sometimes something will brush up against my elbows or knees and it feels badly bruised.
