I drink plenty of green or black tea or anything that's higher in caffeine to pep me back up during my day. Although if your just starting a new medicine, you may just have to put up with the drowsiness until it gets into your system. Hope this helps :-)!

I am tired before taking my meds but then get a more spaced out tiredness from the pills... I try to always do something, when working I can be sat for ages awaiting a call but I have a colouring book, or I love knitting... I find if I can keep my mind focused then eventually i feel a little more awake.... hope you find a solution x

Mortehoe....my increase in mens is making my head real foggy. I've took to falling asleep in the chair twice now, and waking up at 4.25 am then going to bed. I can't cope with this anymore. How do you cope with the tiredness x
