That is called Fibro Fog .. it messes with your ability to spell, write sentences or even talk. I forget words all the time. I refer to it in its similar medical term of Aphasia .. or sporadic dementia ... I have had TIA's which are mini strokes due to high stress jobs which make it worse. I also just found out from researching I have Fibro Fog in my Eyes. Its where I can't focus or read and the letters are just blurry. This has caused me to waste my Masters Degree as I have issues even with speech as I forget my words or can't read them.

I have considerable problems with memory. Spelling is becoming difficult and I used to be a top notch speller. It is sometimes embarrassing when I have trouble word finding, as part of my job is doing education with Adults....I sometimes panic when I can't get the word(s) out I am trying to find. I find it worse when I am under duress from work or overly sleep deprived.

I forget things a lot. I have to take my daughter with me to dr appointments just to hear what was said. I have a hard time at work with concentration and memory. It is hard because no one at work understands and they get frustrated with me.

Spell, finish a sentence, or remember a name.... Its reminds me of an ant trail... If a leaf (FM) falls and interupts the path, we get lost and have to find it again. Thankfully its not permanent. I have to think of the topic and usually it comes back....problem is the other person is past that topic by now. In spelling or typing, i have to stop... Look away at something else, then come back and read the part I have so I can have my brain reconnect and finish the thought. Its like our brains took a minute siesta. Lol the term we all know is "squirrel" except we don't even get a squirrel to distract us!

How did you find out that you have fibro fog in your eyes? I've had vision issues for the last two years and they can't figure out why? I lose part of my vision at times and other times I can't read letters. Sometimes if I am having a vision problem I feel like my brain can't process what my eyes are seeing fast enough. I would love some input on this.
