Members deeply related to the experience of fibro fog, describing it as one of the most challenging and frustrating symptoms of fibromyalgia, with many sharing that they struggle to find the right words, forget what they're saying mid-sentence, or say something completely different from what they intended. Several members expressed feeling misunderstood by loved ones who don't grasp the daily mental and physical battle, while others described the added frustration of forgetting tasks they've done their whole lives or feeling less capable at work. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of brain fog combined with chronic pain and fatigue, met with encouragement to stay strong together and prayers for the community.

This is always a main symptom for me. I have trouble remembering simple words and find my brain and mouth not always matching up. My words come out scrambled. The worst!

Oh my that’s just how I feel. On top of the fibro I have two herniated discs that have caused me great pain for the past year. I’m having a rough week and my daughter asked me what I did and why I’m I in such pain. Go figure they will never understand

Yes it's so irritating when you think you said one thing and say something way off last night my bf asked me a question and I answered with something that wasn't even close to the question then there are days when words don't feel right and in in some weird cloud I can't get it of.
