Dry Skin
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone suffer from dry skin not sure if it's the meds or the fibro I've never had it before and my face is really dry and patchy?

Yes my skin is very dry and I am not on meds right now. I use Oil of Oley with 7 different minerals and oils .. I love it and use it on my face too. Any lotion you like will work but I find quality lotions are better than cheap oil based lotions.

Really high quality Aloe Propolis is great for dry skin. I use it day in day out. It is also good for itchy skin. Let me know if you want more information.

I also use coconut oil every other shower, I alternate it with a shea butter product, it helps tremendously, I cannot skip a day though or I dry up.
