I get lots of cramp in my legs, stretching regularly can help to prevent it. A physiotherapist will be able to show you which stretches and exercises are best for you. There are even stretches and exercises for your hands I do these because I have arthritis in my hands.
Hi Rita I'd love to get in the bath but I haven't had a bath for about two years I do shower though (just in case you thought I don't wash lol) I have problems kneeling also getting in & out of the bath so just shower every day x
I don't know if I would call what I get as cramps. It's more like spasms all over. I cannot keep my legs or a arms still! It literally feels like something is attacking my muscles and bones. I take pain needs but lately it seems that I I'm having these attacks more frequently. Over the years I've tried it all. .. Sometimes taking a hot bath will help. I feel for you and hope you find a solution.... 💜
Thanks for your help I'm a bit frightened to stretch as this also causes my body to cramp, I don't even stretch up to reach anything for fear of my muscles cramping up...
