Good question. I think a cramp is when the muscle tightens so tight you can't use it and it is very painful. A spasm I think is when the muscle tightens and loosens at a rapid pace. And a seizure would be the worst. A debilitating cramp that no matter what you can't stop it. You have to wait it out. Just an opinion though

Have you recently your potassium checked? Cramps are the first sign of low potassium.

I had my hands, fingers, feet and toes cramp often. I drank tonic water and it helped tremendously. It taste horrible but works.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Hi there thank you for the reminder I am going to start it again. My Doctor advised me to take Slowmag for cramps and constipation also called Dolomite= Calcium and Mag. I thought it was the cholesterol meds. Bit of a caution though they absorb any meds you take with it. It has to be two hours before or after any other meds,
