Members overwhelmingly confirmed that sun exposure significantly impacts their energy and well-being, though experiences varied widely depending on individual conditions. Many community members described the heat causing extreme fatigue, nausea, migraines, skin reactions like hives and tingling, and difficulty cooling down, with some needing to avoid direct sun entirely due to pain flares or medical advice from dermatologists. A recurring theme was the push-pull dilemma of wanting the soothing warmth on joints while struggling with the draining effects of heat, cold sensitivity causing its own problems, and the challenge of finding balance between what feels good and what triggers symptoms.

I don't do well in the heat. I get very red in the face and it takes forever for me to cool down. Then I feel drained and fatigued.

I totally stay away from the sun. I get migraine with nausea, hives (urticaria?), low grade fever, extreme fatigue and all over pains.
