Since being diagnosed, actually before I think, I have these raised nodules almost like hardened skin tags showing up all over my body. If I rip them off they grow right back within days. The nurse said they are nothing but now I have one on my forehead!!! I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis in my glands in my chest and these resemble what I found on sarcoidosis of the skin. Anyone else with these??

Members shared their experiences with raised, scaly bumps and hardened skin nodules, with several noting these growths are persistent, difficult to remove, and often dismissed by doctors as harmless or sun-related despite frustrations about inadequate explanations. Several members described similar symptoms, including hard bumps on the head, scalp, and face that grow back quickly after removal, with one member connecting them to sarcoidosis that can appear on the skin, lungs, and liver, while others attributed them to fibromyalgia or hormonal changes from medication. A recurring theme was the frustration of feeling unheard by medical providers and the need for more thorough explanations, balanced by solidarity among members who validated each other's concerns and shared coping strategies like professional dermatology removal.

Thanks ladies, I showed the doctor, whom Im pretty sure is sick of hearing from me now. He says they are harmless and are just from the sun. I don't believe this. I think its from the sarcoidosis. Feeling frustrated with my doctor now.

My friend has Sarcoid, he gets raised patches on skin for sarcoid. He just deals with them because it is part of his disease. It is kinda like my psoriasis, there is not much you can do. That is all I know about it

My sister had them on her skin and lungs, liver. Sarcoidosis can come from outside or inside the body and depending where it appears, tells the seriousness of the disease.
