I have had these for years.. dyshidrotic eczema. I started getting it when I worked in a factory where I was sweating every day...like a pig in a slaughterhouse. I got it real bad on my feet. And when ever I worked with plastics my hands were a mess. The Dr told me it was because my hands and feet do not sweat right.

Yes. I saw a skin specialist who said it is a type of eczema called pomphlous (not sure of spelling). He said to wear cotton lined gloves and to keep them as dry as possible. Treat with prescription cream eleuphrat. Common in people who have suffered asthma and immune problems.

I get them on my hands. It is itchy. Never knew what they where.

For years I had exactly as you describe only there didn't seem to be any fluid. It can look like there might be though. The little bumps are so very small. On my hands now are fewer(4 or 5) and the bumbs are just under the skin. It will be interesting to see if anyone else has the same thing.

Has anyone asked a dermatologist what they are?
