How Do You Describe It
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

This is my recent discovery on how my pain feels. My muscles are like pulled musclea, and muscle weakness. When i do things my muscles feel weak and stiff. There is very very little joint pain , sometimes my back and neck hurt but cant tell if it is muscle or bone. I feel that my muscles are tired and weak.

My pain doctor says its like your muscles are in a "fight or flight" stage usually reserved for trauma like a car accident. Our problem is that we remain in a fight stage every day. It hurts.
