Could be costochondritis . Inflammation of the rib muscles

Yes I am have terrible upper left rib cage pain. .ot ruling all along my entire rib cage..very sharp pains if I move the wrong way..almost takes my breath away at times. .I've been told that I have a cpl hairline fractures in my thoracic spine causing pinched nerves..feels like a knife going straight through right under my left breast all the way through into my back.Prayers that you feel better.
