My fibro gave me stroke symptoms 3 months ago the doc said fibro , it was checked. IT WASN'T FIBRO! Find a new doc that takes your symptom seriously .

I am just in the process of having tests on my heart and lungs because I get so breathless and my heart feels like it is beating a hundred miles an hour. I am for fortunate to have a doctor who checks it's nothing else before notching it up to the fibro. I also suffer from excessive sweating. Just doing a couple of dishes and before I can think I am soaking. Hope they get you sorted. I will keep you posted on my results.

I truly believe what I have was caused by a statin ,and I have studied everything I could on this and all the symptoms are a lot like fibro,doctors wont have it ,oh the pain would have been gone by now,but was on it for three years when all this begain and complaining to doc the whole time ,my joint and muscle pain was so bad could barely walk,i believe I was on it to long,and I feel that im getting worse everyday,the doctor im seeing now was the one who told me to get off it that it was killing me,and I should have been taking off it sooner ,I suffered for years on that drug in chronic pain will never take another statin

I was told I had restrictive lung disease ...due to fybro.

I've had an EKG done but they found nothing wrong with my heart. I was just recently diagnosed with Fibro by my rheumatologist and am now experiencing palpitations and shortness of breath at 28. Anyone else feel weak and shaky after?

I should mention I'm still in bed as I write this because I woke up feeling like my heart was racing again. Sigh. I'm frustrated and tired because I've done full blood work and EKG @ an emergency clinic and went to my rheumatologist for a full exam and the meds just don't seem to be helping. I guess this makes me more anxious than I already am which adds to my stress level. Experiencing a flare up with Fibro reminds me of the years it took before my RA was diagnosed. No one knew what it was and I was having all of these different kinds of symptoms. There were chills and loss of appetite to the point where I looked like skin and bones, fevers and chills and not being able to walk.

Only this time it's much harder to deal with because I don't have my mom and dad anymore. The stress of losing them is just too much. And with being sick again now just makes everything harder.
