A lot of you talk about flare ups, which I do have, but I also have constant pain where my hands, feet, fingers, toes, hurt basically all the time. I can sometimes block it out and deal with it, but other times it puts me on the floor in so much pain
Then if I do anything, drive, type, walk, hold my phone, etc the pain gets worse

I have constant pain like you with flare ups which increase the pain. I don't have any advice just wanted you to know your not alone
Try bio-feedback I do it all the time. All you need is a place to sit , you go through step to relax when I am done it is like a took a vicodin.
I have constant pain, typically a level at five to six daily. I take 200 mg of lyrica once a day. I typically don't have many opportunities to relax but laying down with a heating pad helps tremendously.
I am in pain for the most part everyday. I think the difference between the nagging everyday pain and a flare up , for me is when it's so bad I can't even get out of bed.. I also have no advice, but you are not alone..
With my new medications Gralise(gabapentin) I take 1800mg and I do stretching exercise and a little exercise like swimming and walking and it has helped me a lot but I still have good and bad days yesterday I had my 2 grandkids 8 and 10 year old and we went to the pool had a good day but today I woke up with migraine and I'm so sore but planning on walking a little bit even if it hurts me.
