Yes, trying to learn to pace yourself so that you don't overdo is difficult. Lucretia is right, but I suggest a nice bath with some epsom salts and lavender. The magnesium is the epsom salts helps to calm the muscle and joint pain and the lavender helps you to relax.
Yes, I do it all the time, even taking a shower makes do it, just moving around makes feel as if I have been running a marathon. gentle {{hugs}} to you.
It IS humbling when you have to ask and receive help. Especially when you were able to do things on your own. I was the one to go help others and I get down on myself now that I can't do as much. We really "guilt" ourselves to much. So today I refuse to feel guilty and I pray everyone else does the same! Blessings to you!
Yeah every day it's hard getting the flat in order... It bums me out because I like my home neat and tidy... I get super stressed... I might try getting a cleaner once a week when I've got a bit more money... For now my mother in law helps when she can... I've had to swallow a big piece of humble pie just to accept that help lol
I get nauseous a lot, especially if I did too much. I have digestive issues, so if I eat the wrong things or eat too much I get nauseous as well. I seem to notice that this has gotten worse after being diagnosed this past January. I also get this way if I feel overly stressed too. It's horrible. When I get this way, I try to relax and lay down for a while. This seems to alleviate it some.
