I have Cental sleep apnea and spend 0 hours per night in stage 4 sleep even using a CPAP. I only get 1.7 percent of stage 3 sleep. My doctors are stumped as to answers or where to send me.

Melatonin. HOWEVER, start with a small dose (Trader Joes has 3 mcg chewables). I take 1/2 to 1 and that helps a lot. Pillows under my legs/knees and a cervical pillow are a must for me.
