I am getting acupuncture at the moment , it is helping my cognitive and I feel I have more energy, I'm not running marathons or anything but I am great-full for any relief of symptoms.
Like other members I only qualify for 2 or 3 more sessions which I feel is a pity because I think acupuncture on a regular basis could really give us a better quality of life.
I have been using a Naturpathic acupuncturist for 3 months now I noticed some difference but my insurance only covers 20 visits a year, so another brick road for the Fibro adventure.
I have a chiropractor that specializes in fibro. I have seen her only 1 time so far, but she is talking about trying acupuncture on about the 3rd visit.
Yes and it works unfortunately my insurance only paid for 8 treatments and I couldn't afford to continue also massage helps a bunch and warm water Tia chi
I was going to an excellent Chiro a couple of years ago. He did adjustments, ultra sound for deep tissue on my lumbar and then I had a soft tissue message when he was done. I ran out of insurance at the time and think had I been able to stay with him until the end I'd be in remission. Stress seemed to trigger big time negative effects five years ago. I have regained much of my life back. I would try acupuncture if I could stick with it.
