Don't let anyone tell you that this is your fault or if you would only do....then you would be better. This is something that just happened to all of us.
Because we are all different we respond differently to medications and treatments. Also what worked three years ago may not work at all now and vice versa.
You can have a mild case or a severe case. This may be the only thing you have wrong or you may have many other diagnosis. If we could have foreseen what was going to happen to us I think we all would have done things differently. It is no one's fault.
I found removing stressors in your life can help achieve more good days. Since I am no longer working (3 yrs), and no longer a constant care giver (spouse passed 10 yrs ago emphysema/heart problems) I have fewer demands and can work around my Fibro. Of course spring cleaning, changing the bed, etc can cause a flare and make things worse. Living with Fibro 15 yrs+ my list of symptoms has increased, but its trial & error finding what works best for you. HUGS!
sorry to say mine has been getting worse over time, just hoping to be able to work till retirement. I think as hard as it is you just try to make the best of it.
All depends on you.
Yes it gets easier if for nothing else than you get used to it. In my experience it gets better to a certain extent as you find treatments that take the edge off but it never goes away.
