This is where the pain gets excruciating,i have been seeing a neurologist for all this hand pain and with what I have learned is that fibro is a abnormality in the palms of our hands,we have decreased blood flow in our hands, and it can trigger fatigue also, when I go out side in the winter gloves or no glovesmy hands turn bluish purple and the pain is terrible ,and it causes horrible flareups ,thurout my whole body.the shunts in our hands, dont work properly, which causes incorrect blood flow, and causes problems with blood vesals ,and our blood flow does not work ,and causes pain thur out our bodys,i really beilive this .Fibro weakens our muscles and soft tissues makes muscles stiff and swell also joints,i can feel my body swell and that's when I get the flares, fibro can also cause carpull tunnel and it can worsen fibro symptoms, and it can trigger inflammation, others cant see it but we can feel it,i believe that is why we gain so much weight,i have gained over thirty pounds ,are muscles are swollen and soft tissues and joints,on the inside where doctors cant see, they say this cant kill you ,I don't believe that,we cant see inside our bodys but I bet we are under distruction...I have also read that fibro can manifest itself in our hands, this can cause weakeness in are arms shoulder pain, wrist pain, hand swealing, bowel disturbances, chronic sleep disturbanses, needle like pain and nerve pain.
