I'm wondering if anyone else has tremors? It's my left hand and it started before I was diagnosed.

Members connected over experiencing tremors in their hands, with many noting symptoms began years before their fibromyalgia diagnosis and ranged from mild shaking when stressed or fatigued to severe tremors that made writing, typing, or holding items nearly impossible. Several members shared practical insights, including medications like propranolol and primidone that helped manage tremors, as well as the importance of ruling out other conditions such as thyroid disorders, Parkinson's disease, MS, or medication side effects through proper testing. A recurring theme was the emotional toll of progressive symptoms and the community's encouragement to stay proactive with medical teams rather than automatically attributing every new symptom to fibromyalgia alone.

I have tremors in my hands, but I have also noticed my head shaking a little. My husband actually asked me why I was shaking my head. I am on Gabapentin and I read that it can be related to that.

I have bad tremors. Sometimes I can't hold a cup of coffee or write anything. I notice it more when I'm getting tired but it affects me all day long.

I don't have tremors per say, I have twitches. My hand or fingers will suddenly twitch or jump. Makes it hard to hold on to things. It is only in my left hand at this point but it is a bothersome symptom
