In conversations on this site I've seen some great navigation tips. Could we add the things we've discovered here so everyone can learn from each other?
For example search for the Q&A titled "Questions& Answer Links Tip" (which is a did-you-know about clicking the Q&A tab on the menu vs. the Q&A tab under your profile.)
My ex: when you have a question to ask, it seems you'll get many more answers by posting it on the Q&A board than by just posting it on your profile page.
Ohhh, Janet, that is a great tip! LOL 😆😆😂😂
I read that DHEA can help lesson pain. Has anyone else tried this and if so is it working? I already take mega doses of Vit D, Vit B, Q10 and Magnesium and also wear a magnetic bracelet! Will try anything other than the usual fibro "meds" at this point.
Very cool. I was sort of the crew chief as our team dwindled I did it all, gassed it, set tire pressures, set alignment, springs etc for handling... got the driver set in the truck... and then was the… read more
After I had Covid I found fibro to be worse. I asked my doc and she said research was showing that Covid was making it worse. They added a med and that helped. Now I’m on a blood thinner and they… read more
How do you add a picture? It says choose from my library, I do ,and then what? how do you get it on here?
That part I knew how to do but it wouldn't let me choose the photo and then add it so I wound up just taking a new picture of it- I opened a post, I clicked on the camera icon and took a new picture… read more
Many of our fibro teammates live in Australia and we have reached out asking if they are OK and are offering deep sympathy and intense concern. I thought I might help by linking this article that lists many ways to donate support for people, property, domestic animals and wildlife. The article also goes into detail about why and how the megafires are raging with such unrelenting intensity.
I'm sure that I speak for all of us when I say that our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone and hope… read more

Who's into what?
Pictures?
Let's see it all.
Let's hear about it!
I know we all get our fair share of down time, sometimes doing something is out of the question, but I find when I can at least keep my hands and or mind busy it helps to distract my self from pain and a multitude of other symptoms.
Did you get to see the Aurora?
We still got some snow caps left here too 💚
What I needed was my city/where I live and it turned out to be under settings.
does anyone else get chest pain or feel like the centre of their chest is bruised when they press on it?? also have like achey muscles around my armpits and had sharp pain in my armpits a few weeks ago!! i've been to the doctors so many times with so many different symptoms over the past 8 months that they just brush me off and tell me there's nothing wrong. had blood tests, paid for a private brain MRI as they wouldn't give me one, all normal. they won't diagnose me but i have all the symptoms… read more
Part of my fibro pain are the lumps called myofascial pain. I have them everywhere. Doctors don’t talk about them. I did finally find a doctor that told me what it is. It very painful when touched on… read more
I don't have a question. I just wanted to post that I was skeptical but bought a magnetic bracelet and wore it all day today for the first time and I swear I have had a very good day pain wise! It can certainly be a placebo effect or that I am just having a good day, but for some reason I feel relatively pain free and very energetic today. More than usual! I will continue to wear it and see if I see a noticeable difference by wearing it over an extended period of time! I am also going to wear it… read more
I've worn one for years. I thought it helped, but I took it off yesterday and forgot to put it back on.. Today it didn't notice any difference, but perhaps it is too old !!!
