Headaches And Pressure
Anyone get tension like headahes and pressure on their ears during a flare? Ive have these headaches every day for two weeks. Some days worse than others. And some dizziness and floaters too. My doc said i had a tension headache and my neurological exam was normal. But im just miserable. My face feels puffy too and pressure in my forehead. Its making my anxiety go nuts. Anyone else?
Yes I think I'm suffering from tension headaches right now so you get it in back of head also xx
I Had Great Plans For Today. Going To Grocery Store, Ironing Tablecloths, Doing Some Cooking. Got Groceries & I’m Done In. Must Rest.

I Started A Compound Medication That Has 5 Meds In It. It Helped Some Until It Got Cold.
How did you do that with the rheumatologist?
Mine wants nothing to do with me over fibro.
edit- actually going to try talking to my rheumatologist about this asap!
Some Days I Can Swallow A Huge Capsule And Other Days I Can't Even Swallow A Small Capsule. Does Anyone Else Have Trouble Swallowing?

Does Anyone Else With Fibro Use , Fluoxetine (generic Prozac). Dr Wants Me To Use This Because Of Some Anxiety And OCD Too. Age 75
Took Prozac it tends to make you hyperactive. Which is bad for anxiety. Also had stomach problems with it

Fibro Diet
I know that diet plays a role in just about everything, but I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on a diet to try? And potentially exercises as well? I know if I lose some weight it will help some. Thank you guys!
Thank you everyone! It's hard to find a diet that's not over the top expensive and I won't have to buy separately for my son and I since it's just the two of us.
