Right now I am at my personal limit with Lyrica. Any more and I won't be able to drive, etc. It was suggested to give acupuncture and/or massage a try. Thank you in advance for your thoughts and suggestions.

I had accupuncture for pain in back and shoulders but it made it worse.. i know it does help some people but not me

I’ve had acupuncture it helped relieve my migraine headache, and helped with my shoulder and neck pain, but it’s not a long term fix .

My daith piercings hurt. I’m afraid because I do have fainting dizziness and panic attacks from fibro symptoms. I would think acupuncture would be less painful than daith piercings seeming there just small needles inserted just beneath the skin . Acupuncture therapy is June 12th really sucks I have to spend my last bit of money on it and I don’t even have a income cuz I can’t work but I’m going for the acupuncture regardless

It doesn’t hurt and along with cupping and an adjustment I usually feel pretty good for like 3 or 4 days and then all my knots all over my spine return and I’m back to pinched nerves and sore muscles… read more

Tens unit, but basically hot baths in a jacuzzi tub. That's my best. And walking can really help. Best of luck
