I recommend calling a nurse warm line in your area. I think most hospitals have them. I've had that in my hands and feet.

See a doctor, I have the same issues.

See a doctor,

I get that when my body is exhausted or mind is exhausted.

But truly make an appointment to see your doctor.

I agree, see your doctor. 💜

I'm not a doctor but I do have 3 pinched nerves in my neck. 2 on one side and one on the other. I've never had tingling anywhere except maybe sitting on my foot until it cut off the blood a little then got up. I would think it's pinched nerves. I had a CT or MRI of my neck. I have arthritis in my backbone except the sacrum. That's where they saw the pinched nerves. Soon I will have my neck nerves singed or burned so the pain signals won't go to my brain. My right arm is weaker than it should be because of the pinched nerves on the right. I don't know if it will help my arm but I'm planning on asking for occupational therapy after my ablation on neck is done to help recover some arm strength. I have so very little in both arms at 63 I feel much much older strength wise.
