I did hyperbaric oxygen 5 times - infared sauna 20 times - acupuncture with massage and cupping 8 times , chiropractic care 7 times and cold plunge at 60 degree water 6 times . I also did physical therapy and forced myself to warm water swimming 60 times and nothing actually helps . I’m one sick little man ugh 😩

That sounds absolutely exhausting β€” and not just from the swimming. The sheer effort of trying so many treatments while feeling so unwell takes real courage. You are definitely not alone in feeling like nothing seems to move the needle with fibromyalgia.

Many MyFibroTeam members describe similar frustration, spending enormous energy chasing relief only to feel stuck. A few things worth knowing about some of the treatments you've tried:

- Acupuncture β€” some MyFibroTeam members do report meaningful relief, but it often takes consistent, ongoing sessions rather than a short course
- Warm water swimming β€” gentle aquatic movement is widely supported, but results can take longer to show
- Tai chi β€” research actually suggests it may outperform aerobic exercise for fibromyalgia symptom relief, with zero reported side effects in studies. It's very low impact, which matters a lot on bad days It may be worth discussing a more integrated, ongoing approach with your doctor rather than short bursts of individual therapies. Sometimes combining treatments consistently over a longer period makes a difference where short trials don't.

Hang in there β€” you're clearly fighting hard. πŸ’™
