@A MyFibroTeam Member fibroish! Is my word for the week sweetheart πππππππ
@A MyFibroTeam Member This may sound weird bare with me. You know the big rubber rings they use in pools you sit on and float. You can get all different sizes. The outta edges are soft and supple when blown up not quite full. In the middle of the ring you can put freeze packs you know the jell ones you pop in the freezer. They are fairly cheap as you'll need quite a few to fill the middle of the ring at the bottom. Pop all of this on a chair (arm chair) or bed put plenty of soft pillows around you to give perfect support for your back and hips as your going to need 2 freeze packs each side of them.
Having the bounce support it should be easier on your bottom, and the freeze packs will help enormously with that pain. You may need help sorting all of this out but it isn't a hard surface so your not putting pressure on those nerves in your lower back and hips.
Also if you can lay on your bed on your stomach for 5 mins or less put pillows under your hips and head and neck area if you can you can rest on your elbows. Using a pillow under your pelvic area and supporting the hips should ease nerve pain in lower back buttocks and hips. You may need help with this also. It takes abit of moving things around to get stuff right. Using freeze packs again each side on hips and 1 on the lower back or buttocks. I have the same problem. I sleep for 2hrs if I'm lucky and I'm walking around in circles going nuts. I know that pain and it's awful. So tiring you just want to scream. Also if you can bathe you can use a rubber ring in the bath with help to hold it in place, showering run hot water down your back using a chair if you need one, again you can use a rubber ring but not alone you'll need help so you don't slip, sitting under the shower with hot water running down your back will ease that nerve pain, also vicks vapour rub. I use it on my lower back buttocks hips and wear cycling shorts leggings which are Β£6 on amazon I have 5 pairs as you can fit a freeze pack in them and they hold them perfectly then pop joggers on top
Hope this helps a little sweetheart β£οΈππ»β£οΈ
Can you lay on your belly? Sitting in a recliner is painful. I can't lay on my belly I hope you can. That would take pressure off of your hips and bottom. You've been through so much I'm sorry you are going through this..
